Located in Waverly MN, Crow River R/C Aeromoders' flying field offers a 360 foot asphalt underlay matted runway.

We are proud members of the Academy of Model Aeronautics, and we are a fully sanctioned AMA flying site.

CRRC is currently open for new members!

Becoming a member of CRRC is easy, but we do have a few simple requirements for membership:

1. You must be a current AMA cardholder for insurance purposes. There are no exceptions here. AMA memberships can be obtained directly from the AMA web site. Simply click on the linked AMA logo (above or below) to be taken directly to the AMA web site.

2. You must become a dues paying member of CRRC. Please contact one of the club officers listed below for any information on membership not listed on this web site.

3. You must be willing to actively participate in one or more of the following categories:

Directions to the CRRC field.

From Waverly MN, the field is located just north of Waverly Lake on Dempsey Ave. (Hwy 9).

From Waverly: Driving Northbound on Dempsey Ave., the field is just a few miles north of the lake. You will pass CR 107. From there you are about 1/2 a mile from the field. When you cross the Crow River bridge, just after the City hall and old Marysville "school house", the CRRC flying site is located on the first property on the left after crossing the bridge (west side of the road). You will be entering a field marked with a CRRC sign. Follow the tire tracks up the hill to the wind sock.

Driving west on State Hwy 12 from the cities: In town at the intersection of 25 South in Montrose, go north at the light on Montrose Blvd So, (Co Rd 12), a couple miles up the road turn left (west) onto CR 107, the next major intersection is Dempsey Ave (Hwy 9), turn right onto Hwy 9 (north). From there you are about 1/2 a mile from the field.
